About Us

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site!

Bealeton Baptist Church traces its founding to 1832 when a group looking for a place to worship and change the world met at a small meeting house on Liberty Hill.  Today we average around 150 in Sunday morning and Bible Study attendance and have a genuine focus on reaching out to our community with the love of Jesus.  We are a contemporary fellowship that integrates current styles of music while honoring time-tested hymns. You will find a casual atmosphere, relevant in approach, passionate about our mission, and enthusiastic in spirit. Our purpose is to affect the Southern Fauquier County area with the love of Jesus, one person at a time. We partner with groups in the community to provide excellent opportunities to meet the real needs of people within our community and around the world.

We are very serious about providing an exciting program, with spiritual depth, for preschool, elementary-aged children and for Middle School and High School students. Our focus is building the Christian leaders for tomorrow. You can be sure of finding a fun, safe, and challenging environment.

We have found that people live and learn better in smaller groups. So we offer a variety of small group opportunities on Sunday and throughout the week. We want to provide opportunities for people to develop relationships they can keep for life!

We would love to have you participate with us on Sunday morning. Our worship services are at 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Currently, we offer our preschool and elementary-aged ministry at both hours. Also, we have classes for Middle School and  High School students during the 11:00 a.m. service. Feel free to dress casually and be sure to come back for some coffee and snacks in between the two services. When you  attend on Sunday morning, please make sure and introduce yourself to me following the worship service. I look forward to meeting you!

Regardless whether you have been attending church all of your life or if you do not have any history of church involvement, we want you to feel welcome with our folks and have a genuine encounter with God during our worship time.
